Full Service is Imperative at SignAge
While
most other companies have chosen to contract out a lot of
their service work, the folks at SignAge
have found that in most cases there is not enough time to
turn the business over to someone else and still meet the
customer¹s needs. "There are a lot of crunch times,
when the customer needs it installed or fixed right now,"
says our support staff. They on to say that "if we want
to properly service our customer, we¹ve just got to be
there when our customer needs us." Signage
has a full time installer, production staff and the equipment
needed to get the job done including it¹s own bucket
truck for those "off the ground" service and installation
needs.
